We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance operations and ensure the highest quality standards for our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the quality assurance team, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.
Develop and implement best practices for quality assurance across our web application built on the Laravel framework and our mobile applications.
Coordinate with development teams to integrate effective testing methodologies into the software development lifecycle.
Design, implement, and monitor test suites using TestRail, ensuring comprehensive coverage and easy tracking.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated tests to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Actively participate in the planning and execution of testing scenarios for both functional and non-functional requirements.
Manage the defect lifecycle, from detection to resolution, ensuring that issues are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.
Provide strategic direction for the QA department, including resource planning and technological advancements.

Key Tech Stack Knowledge Requirements:

In-depth understanding of the Laravel framework: Must have extensive experience with Laravel to ensure effective oversight of testing for our web application.
Experience with mobile application testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks and strategies for both iOS and Android platforms.
Proficient in TestRail: Experience with TestRail for managing test cases, plans, and runs efficiently.
Automation tools knowledge: Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar, to streamline testing processes.
Strong grasp of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes: Ability to design and implement QA strategies that effectively integrate with the development lifecycle.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines: Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of releases.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
A proven track record of successful project completion that meets predetermined criteria and deadlines.
A history of implementing QA processes that significantly reduce defect rates.
