What We Need
You’re a creative, fast-moving video editor who’s ready to help us grow our online presence by creating engaging, high-performing content across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
In this role, you’ll take creative ownership of both short-form and long-form video content. Some days you'll be editing a polished, scripted video supporting a key marketing push. Other days, you'll be jumping on a trend or producing a piece of content designed to spark conversation or drive engagement. No matter the format, you’ll bring quality, storytelling, and performance into every edit.
You’ll work closely with our internal creators, marketing team, and production leads to develop and deliver content that connects with our audience and reflects our brand. While editing is the core focus of this role, we're looking for someone who’s also excited to brainstorm new ideas, capture content on the fly, and occasionally appear on camera when it fits the story.
What You’ll Do
- Edit social-first and long-form videos, taking them from raw footage through motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
- Lead post-production for key marketing pushes including reels, recaps, ads, and YouTube content.
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, video series, and experimental content.
- Publish and track content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, using performance data to guide future improvements.
- Take on fast-turnaround projects with tight timelines, often within 24 to 48 hours after a shoot.
- Collaborate with our co-founder and marketing team on brand storytelling, events, and occasional on-location shoots.
- Be open to occasionally appearing on camera in short-form content or intros (bonus if you enjoy it).
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience editing high-performing video content for digital platforms.
- Deep proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- A strong portfolio that includes work for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or comparable platforms.
- Solid understanding of story structure and content performance, including motion graphics that enhance engagement.
- Confidence in working independently, from concept through to final delivery.
- Bonus points if you have experience being on camera or are open to giving it a shot.
What Success Looks Like
- You take initiative, pitch new formats or series, and own your part in growing the brand’s reach.
- Your content drives real engagement, including views, watch time, and shares.
- You consistently meet deadlines, often delivering within 1 to 2 days.
- Your ideas help shape new video formats, series, and viral content.
- You’re proactive, reliable, and enjoyable to work with.
Functional Skills
- Advanced Video Editing
- Motion Graphics Design
- Storytelling and Narrative Structuring
- Post-Production Workflow Management
- Technical Troubleshooting
- On-Camera Presentation
- Understanding of content performance metrics and how to use them to guide editing decisions.

- Comprehensive Health Benefits: Full coverage for dental, vision, prescription medication, alternative health therapies, and life insurance (after 3 months).

Prior Work Experience or Education
Work Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in video editing and production, ideally in a fast-paced video editing or social content production role.
